Andes Energia is a Latin American energy group, with electricity distribution, hydro-electric power and oil and gas interests in Argentina. The Company joined AIM through a reverse takeover of Ragusa Capital plc. The Company’s focus is on the Argentinean energy sector, which it believes offers premium assets at undervalued prices.

When searching for suitable investment opportunities the board will focus upon a number of key attributes, including;

• Competent management, with a track record in current market conditions of building and managing a business, and the ability to deploy and manage capital within its designated business sector.
• An ability to generate revenue streams with potential for growth
• Business strategies which complement those of the Company and which will enhance the earnings and capital growth of the combined entity.

Applying this strategy Andes Energia will identify and evaluate a range of projects and where necessary utilise the capital markets to provide appropriate project finance for the rapid development of projects and to deliver value to vendors, partners and shareholders.
